I support HR managers and team leaders to strengthen internal communication by developing active listening skills, emotionally intelligent leadership, communication and therapeutic interpersonal relationships at work. This approach promotes psychological safety, mental wellbeing, and more effective teams, without turning the workplace into a clinical setting. I have developed The Active Listening Framework to equip leaders with the understanding and skills required to create psychologically safe workplaces.
