About Me

I am a storyteller, psychotherapist, and communications specialist with decades of experience helping organisations and individuals communicate in ways that genuinely connect.

I have worked across the UK, Middle East, Africa, and the United States, engaging with a wide range of cultures, industries, and audiences. This global experience has given me a deep understanding of how stories shape perception, influence behaviour, and create meaning—and how easily communication can miss its mark when human experience is overlooked.

Alongside my corporate communications career, I trained and qualified as a psychotherapist, which fundamentally changed how I understand communication. I don’t just focus on what is said, but on how it is received, what it evokes emotionally, and how it impacts relationships, trust, and behaviour over time.

My Approach

Today, my work sits at the intersection of psychology and communication. I support:

  • HR managers and team leaders to build healthier, more connected workplaces through active listening and emotionally intelligent communication

  • Marketing and communications teams to develop audience-centric storytelling that is ethical, authentic, and effective

My approach is grounded, reflective, and practical—bringing therapeutic insight into real-world organisational contexts without jargon or abstraction.

At its core, my work is about helping people and organisations listen more deeply, speak more clearly, and communicate with intention.
